The brain is the most important organ that masterminds all the functions and activities of the body. Many good foods and nutritional supplements are purposely consumed to provide the building blocks and essentials for optimal brain structure and function. Therefore, the brain, if used as food, is a rich source of naturally occurring essentials for life. The brain is a rich source of useful proteins, fats, cholesterols, essentials fatty acids, DHA (an Omega-3 fatty acid), minerals (especially selenium and copper), vitamins (in particular Vitamin A, B5, B12) and contains very low level of carbohydrates. It has great nutritional values and can be used as pet’s treat or food supplement.

Suggested usage:

Cut the organ into small pieces, the sizes of which should be appropriate to the size of your pet to avoid choking. As treat or food supplement, give a liberal amount each time but avoid over-feeding. There is no need to rehydrate the product before use.

Instructions for storage:

Store in a cool dry place below 30 degree Celsius. Protect from moisture. Do not refrigerate. After opening, reseal it completely to prevent entry of moisture, contaminants and insects.
